Please be sure to research the Labrador Retriever breed before adding one to your family. If you feel as though a Labrador Retriever puppy would be the perfect fit for your home, then please be sure to look over our puppy contract. Once you have read and understood our puppy contract, you may then fill out and submit a puppy application.
Once we have received and reviewed your puppy application, we will then set up a phone call to make sure we, as the breeder, and you, as the buyer, both feel as though a Red Tide puppy is the right fit for you. If you decide to move forward to get on the waitlist for a puppy, we require a $100 non-refundable deposit to hold your spot on the waitlist until the puppy of your preferred color and gender is born from the litter of your choice. This deposit is refundable only if the puppy of your gender/color/litter preference is not born; it may be transferred over to another litter if you choose.
Once the puppies have been born and your puppy preference is available, a $500 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your puppy. The remaining balance of the total price of the puppy will be due before or on puppy pickup day. We accept Venmo, Zelle, payment through GoodDog, cash, or checks if received 7 days prior to puppy pick up.
We base the price of our puppies on health testing, reproduction vet costs, traveling for the breeding, stud fees, pedigrees, and titles. The price of one of our puppies ranges from $2000-$3500.
Puppy pick order is determined by us. We place priority in placing our puppies in hunting/competitive homes.
We do everything we can to give each Red Tide puppy the best possible start. The puppies are born and raised in our home. Between the ages of 3-16 days, all puppies receive the military's Biosensor program - Early Neurological Stimulation and Avidog's Early Scent Introduction. They receive a wellness check by our Veterinarian at 3 days old and have their dew claws removed. At 6 weeks old, they receive their second vet check, they are microchipped, and they receive their first round of vaccines. Puppies are introduced to many things that they will see in their everyday lives so they are prepared as possible to start their lives with their new families. They are introduced to water (weather permitting), birds/feathers, different terrains (hard wood floors, carpet, gravel, grass, etc.), crates, car rides, loud noises, the sounds of day to day house life (vacuum cleaner, dish washer, TV, etc.) and potty training.

Puppies are available for pickup at 7 weeks old. We will set up a "puppy pick up day" with a specific block of time for each puppy buyer, so that they have time to choose their puppy, ask questions, and get to know us better. If you are unable to pick your puppy up in person, we can help you find ground transport or a flight nanny. We do not allow our puppies to fly cargo. If you are unable to pick up your puppy on the designed puppy pick up day, a $25 per day boarding fee will be required.
If you would like us to meet you somewhere with the puppy, we charge .75 cents a mile traveled (each way), all tolls that are along the route, and the price of hotels if needed. Please let us know ahead of time if this is something that you are interested in, so that we may plan accordingly.
